a mega for lvl 3's? bit overkill innit? Get a nice BC or something, will be faster too. But... if u do want to mission in a mega then: High: Rails Mids: Cap Rechargers Low: PHAT tank Drones r the most important for a lvl 3 i think --------------...

you mix WCS with turrets/launchers its wrong. It will always be exploited. WCS were made for safe 'travel' not for safe 'pvp/pve' Tho imo with all this 'penalty is too large' thing going on my vote has always been make the **** things high slot. ...
